Its time to "Discover" a New Way To Waffle

Press Waffle Co., the Plano based eatery with a location in Legacy Food Hall, is opening an outpost in the new Exchange Food Hall as part of the massive "Discovery District" on the AT&T world headquarters campus.

The location at 211 S. S. Akard St. will be the 5th for the brand, and the 2nd in the Dallas area.

"We are excited to expand our footprint into 'Dallas proper'" says Bryan Lewis, the company's Founder and President. "Dallas is our hometown, and we would like to see a few more shops get open in the area, and The Exchange is a fantastic spot for us to start that journey"

Featuring 16 dining choices and two full-service bars, The Exchange is Dallas’s premier location for coworkers, families, and friends to gather in the heart of AT&T's vibrant new Discovery District.

The menu lineup will mirror their Legacy Hall location, and will be available for dine-in, pickup, and delivery. Hours are currently being determined as the district opens more fully.

"We fully expect this to be a breakfast and lunch heavy location" says Lewis, "but there is no doubt that the marketing team at The Exchange is pushing to make this a vibrant night spot as well. So we are just trying to go with the flow as far as hours go, and will be open as long as we can every day until the traffic in the area becomes more predictable."

Press Waffle Co. specializes in fully customizable authentic Belgian waffles, savory waffle creations, and locally roasted coffee. Founded as a family owned food truck in 2016, Press Waffle Co. was featured on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank and is now expanding across the country. Their signature Liége waffles are crafted from a brioche style dough and loaded up with caramelized clusters of Belgian pearl sugar in every bite.
